Organizational Structure :

1.  The ITBC is managed by an Executive Board elected by the membership
2.  The Executive Board is supported by a National Secretariat which is run  by a professional team headed by an Executive Director
3.  Currently, the ITBC is based in Jakarta, but has a long-term plan to  expand into other big cities in Indonesia
4.  ITBC has the counterpart which is based in Taipei, called Taiwan  Indonesia Business Council
